2018 Holiday Gift Guide For Travelers
2018 Holiday Gift Guide For Travelers
It’s that time of the year, again! Time to gift someone you love (or yourself) with something special. If that special person loves to travel, this holiday gift guide will help you find the perfect gift to make them smile!
My holiday gift guide is full of products I personally use and love, as a full-time traveler!
Victorinox Werks 6.0 Collection
Generally, I recommend Victorinox Swiss Army’s expandable Spectra bags, but this year I am loving the fresh design on the Victorinox Werks 6.0 Collection. The Werks 6.0 Collection features a “Pack More System”. This system includes thoughtful and well designed organizational pockets, compression straps, and expandable zippered compartments to allow you to pack more and stay organized.
The Werks 6.0 Collection also features an integrated USB cable connect system. This system will allow you to use your favorite power bank for a quick charge directly through a luggage access point. No more struggling with wires or digging through for your power bank and charger!
The Werks 6.0 Collection is made with the savvy business traveler in mind, but I find the collection perfect for all travelers from leisure to business.
Lo & Sons Seville Tote
Lo & Sons are one of my favorite bag brands of all-time. The bags are designed to be timeless, functional and durable. The Lo & Son’s Seville tote bag is the perfect travel companion for ladies who travel for work. The design is stunning, and the inside pockets are plentiful and thoughtfully designed.
The best part about the Seville is the interchangeable outer shell, which makes this bag as functional as it is beautiful. By simply removing the straps on the Seville and changing to the travel shell, the bag becomes easily attached to any suitcase, and ready for travel.
Uncommon Green Etched Glasses & Tumblers
Uncommon Green is one of my favorite travel related brands. They make incredible glassware, tumblers and flasks with maps of your favorite destinations. Some of their signature products even include popular colleges.
I love the idea of being reminded of your travels even when at home, which is why I love the mapped drink ware. All products are of the highest quality, and have the utmost attention to detail. Some of my favorite products include their insulated tumblers and their etched whiskey glasses! Anytime I have friends over, they are always complementing my glasses and asking where they can get their own.
INOX Travel Watch
Travel can be tough on your gear, especially a watch. This is why I love the I.N.O.X. V watch from Victorinox Swiss Army. I like to call it “adventure-proof”, as it’s so tough you can light it on fire or run it over with a tank… although, why would you do that to such a nice watch? Some versions even come with a paracord strap– which can be unraveled and used, should you ever need it!
Cabeau Neck Pillow
This year, my favorite neck pillow received a little upgrade! I love this memory foam neck pillow. Not only is it the most supportive pillow I have found, but it’s also easy to make it compact. The washable soft exterior keeps germaphobe like me very happy, as it’s easy to remove and toss into the washer.
This year, there is the option to purchase a version with straps to connect to your seat back. This feature will not only keep your head up straight, and prevent an achy neck, but it will also prevent you from accidentally leaning over onto your neighbor while sleeping.
The ultimate travel camera is the A7riii. With 42.4 megapixels, it’s a powerhouse, full frame mirrorless camera. Mirrorless cameras are smaller than traditional DSLR cameras making them perfectly compact for travel.
Peak Design Camera Backpack
When you invest in an expensive camera, you need to invest in a quality way to store and carry it. Peak Design is popular among professional photographers and frequent travelers for the incredible design properties and customization. If you are looking for a comfortable pack that you can take anywhere in the world– this is it!
